Camera Roll out of Chronological order

When I view my camera roll, or access it to add a photo to a text message, Twitter post or Instagram.... SOME of my photos are not in chronological order after the latest iOS Update to 9.3.1

MOST of my photos are in the correct order -- but some of the latest ones, appear at the beginning of my camera roll and not at the end.

I know this isn't a huge issue, but I was just wondering if anyone has had similar problems.

This issue is with BOTH my iPad and my iPhone
