AppStore not functioning properly

I opened AppStore today to search for an app and nothing was wrong until I tapped enter to search for the app's name. I thought that there was a mistake so I searched for another app and the results were the same. It either wrote "no search results" or showing up with one app that's not really related to what I was searching for. I also tried tapping on one of the trending apps and same result; no search results. What can I do to fix this?
