Apple markets different versions of their products in different regions of the world.
ME182AA/A is optimized for and sold in the U.S.
ME182CI/A is sold in Europe
If you buy a Time Capsule in the U.S., the warranty will not be good in Europe. If you buy a Time Capsule in Europe, the warranty will not be be good in the U.S.
