Can't find app in App Store

Hi,

I'm trying to find apps in the App Store but can't. From time to time, depending on how general the names of the apps are, the app store shows some variants, but not the app that I'm looking for.

I'm certain that the app exists 🙂

Could you please advise on how to solve this issue?

Can there be any country barrier for apps?
