iPhone 6 plus is not recognised by any mac/pc

Hi,


My iPhone 6 Plus 9.3.1 not charging or being recognised by any MacBook/PC, but using power adapter it charges.

Where is no information about usb device in System Information app and in output of 'ioreg -p IOUSB' command in terminal, also iPhone has no reaction on connection via USB, no information at all, no message about uncertified cable or anything else.


I've tried to hard reset iPhone, but I just lost my data.


Please, help

Did you try "Reset All Settings" Option !

Try Connecting with Different Lighting Cables ?
