problem in updating iPad ios whit iTunes

Hi everybody

I tried to update the ios of my iPad air to version 9.3.1 using iTunes. it took more than I expected and after a while that I checked it (I think some problem happened with internet connection) my iPad was in recovery mode and iTunes dose not find it...

my lap top OS is windows 7 and I'm using the latest version of iTunes.

I would appreciate any help
