I have a few items that never got uninstalled that are still in my input list in sound system preferences (OSx El Capitan):
Soundflower (2ch)
Soundflower (64ch)
ManyCam Virtual Microphone
I've googled how to remove them but haven't found adequate instructions. I've also contacted ManyCam but to no avail. Please help! Thank you!

I just fixed the problem on my computer, and all you have to do is to re-install ManyCam, and then search "ManyCam" in your Applications folder, and click Uninstall ManyCam. Then go through the wizard, and it's all gone!
