How do I remove "ManyCam Virtual Microphone" from my sound input device list?

I have a few items that never got uninstalled that are still in my input list in sound system preferences (OSx El Capitan):

Soundflower (2ch)

Soundflower (64ch)

ManyCam Virtual Microphone

I've googled how to remove them but haven't found adequate instructions. I've also contacted ManyCam but to no avail. Please help! Thank you!
