Folders labeled "A document is being saved by Final Cut Pro" in my Final Cut Libraries file

I just had a new Video card installed in my Mid 2011 iMac (3.4 Ghz Intel Core i7; 32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3; 2 TB HD). I am using FCP 10.2.3. While checking my files, I noticed that, in my "Final Cut Libraries" file on the internal drive, I have a series of 61 empty Folders labeled "A document is being saved by Final Cut Pro." FCP is working properly, and no new folders have been created since I've started using FCP again.

Could these folders just be something weird created when the video card was dying? Can they be deleted?

Thanks for any feedback.
