So I have a Iphone 4 and it won't cut back on . I charged it up and everything what should I do ?

So I woke up one morning and my phone was off so that was weird . Then I cut it on and put it on the charger , I sat it down to let it charge and then , I left for two minutes i came back and it wouldn't turn on . It has been like this for the past two days

Try resetting the device. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should reboot. Considering the age of the iPhone 4, you might want to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the battery tested. That is done free of charge.
