App Store for older Apple TV?

How do I get new apps on my older Apple TV? Need the APP Store. Geez. It can't be rocket science to retrofit the software in an update.

it's not a matter of an app store it does not have storage for the apps

the only storage it has is temp storage for cache when streaming

and if your appletv is the old alu one with an intel cpu and os based on osx tiger then it would not be able to run

the arm based apps that the 4g and 4k appletv's use

Sorry, only the 4th generation Apple Tv supports the App Store. Older models have the Apps that they have, and the only wya to get newer Apps is for Apple to put out software updates that contain the Apps.

No previous version can support the App Store, and without knowing how exactly it works, and what the requirements are for it on the 4th Gen, there's no way to realistically expect it can be run on older models.
