Are you sure you want to submit this form again

Has anyone ever fugured out how to deal with the "are you sure you want to submit this form again" on the iPad? This drives me crazy when you are stuck on a website and can't get out of it. I in that sutuation right now on another iPad with iOS 9.2.2 software. This has also happened on other older versions of iOS.

iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 7.1.2

Getting out of that is easy. Clear Safari history. Settings - Safari - clear history and website data.

This happens with any browser and any operating system. Some browsers don't cache data that you input. When you navigate back to that page, you get asked that question.
