My daughter has an iPhone 4s. When she tried to update the phone yesterday, the screen became black. I know the phone is on, because it is talking to me, when i touch the screen. The touchscreen is also reacting, but i cannot see anything on it. What do i do?

Thanks for the answer. I have already tried restarting the phone 4-5 times. That does not work... My daughter has some pictures on the phone she was hoping to keep... I have also tried to restore it with iTunes, but i cannot enter any code since the screen is black. So I still don´t know what to do.
So then Get a Full iTunes Backup
And Restore iOS via DFU Mode that is the Only way
How do i get an backup when i can't connect it to my mac, and i don´t see anything on my screen?

Dont worry usually every time you sync any thing via iTunes it takes a Backup & also iCloud may have your Backup also.
