iTunes Store for Music and Podcasts has Show All>greyed out

Upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Then, when I logged onto iTunes, I was unable to see other than the 5 or so albums with covers. I can download previously subscribed podcasts but can not download new podcasts or music. I have talked to 4 different Apple support people to no avail and have installed and uninstalled iTunes four separate times. Last Apple support rep said it was a Windows 10 problem and Apple could not help me. They have my money but can not charge me for anything I buy. Any solutions to this?
