If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

you restore your phone as new using iTunes to remove the passcode.

it's too late for you to try and retrieve or backup your photos, you should be doing that on a regular basis not in a time of crisis when you can't do it.
