Q: Moving albums from iCloud photos to iPhone 6

All photos from iPhone 6 are now in my iCloud photos and organized into albums. How do I sync those albums back to my iPhone?

iPhone 6, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Do you have iCloud Photo Library enabled?
