Load Remote Image Settings iphone dont work, still download images and attachs

When i disable the button "Load Remote Image" on email configuration, is supposed to dont download images and attachments, but still continue downloading them, and cosuming data.

Im using Airwatch MDM to control the phone, but this option es manually setup.
