How can I re-access keychain
I was on an island mid Atlantic for 11 months and unable to use my cell phone for verification.
I can no longer access keychain on my iPad
nor can I access iCloud in the settings.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for responding. I was feeling desperate!
I have sorted it in the meantime.
I decided to reset everything on my MacAir, and linked my iPad to the Mac (it was initially set up in reverse). I think it is now working!
Incidentally I had previously tried your suggestion and got nowhere :-(
None of the issues pertained.
