How do I reorder playlists in iTunes 12?
As you can see, I want to place the playlist 9tracks below the playlist 12-28-06. How do I rearrange the order of playlists in iTunes 12?

Playlist ordering is first by Folder/Smart Playlist/Regular Playlist and then alphabetical within each group. For dated playlists use a (YY)YY-MM-DD layout. Voice Memos may have a special status that makes it come last, and there some other rules for Genius and Purchased lists which I can't check just now.
