I Tunes Download Problem
I have recently paid for a download of an album into my library - on playback there are 'hiccups' on some of the tracks, can I download this again please?

Try deleting the album from the My Music section of your library (where you are trying to play it), and then go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes music store homepage and see if it shows there for redownloading - if it doesn't show, check to see if you've hidden it from the cloud : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support
