How can I duplicate unsent messages in Mail?

I have a community that is send mail to regularly and the message stays the same, except of one link inserted at the end.

I need a way to simplu duplicate (like copy and paste multiples in Word) but I can't see how to do this in Mail?

The sad part is I figured it out two years ago but I forgot. Any ideas would be appreciated.
