Thank you Dominic23 , I can't find JustCloud and I am wondering why I should uninstall Clean my mac , this was recommended to me by the Mac store in Glasgow where I live . I have been looking for JustCloud and can't find it .... I appreciate your help .

Hi stevejobsfan0123 , I spoke to an advisor just befor i saw your reply and he said only one slot needs to be used , I've ordered one 4 GB memory , doubling what I already have , I think that should do , but now that i know I can or need to add more I know what to do now , thank you for your help and assistance . This time next week I won't be able to keep up with the speeed . 🙂

HI sorry to bother you , I get that memory card. Put it in ,restarted the Mac but all I'm getting is a blank screen and three "beeps" a pause then I het them again .... Any idea what to do ?
