Today may-5 NETFLIX updated its App for the Apple TV 4, to version 1.2.0.
After that I'm no longer able to watch anything, only menus are working. Called already NETFLIX, and they said it's Apple's fault.
And I should contact Apple. Entered at Apple's Support site. They say that for 3rd party apps I should contact them directly.
Now I'm on one of those corporate loops.

Working fine on my system, have you tried a force quit, reinstall, reboot?
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
By the way, they are giving you the runaround. It is the developers responsibility to fix any issue (I.e. Netflix)
Are you running the latest tvOS version 9.2 on your ATV? It has some pretty substantial changes that might be required by your updated Netflix app.

You should work through these first to be sure everything is restarted and running consistently.
Tried all of the above mentioned. It's very strange.
Are you running the latest tvOS version 9.2 on your ATV?
Are you by any chance using a proxy or unblocker? That may cause problems.
