itunes app store won't zoom out

I am using the most recent version of iTunes with Windows 7. The problem: in the store window, the view is zoomed in. However, there are no handles on the right or bottom, therefore, you can never see the entire window. Music -- album view, playlist, artist -- all good. Same with the podcast window. Clicking on the full screen button to cascade view does nothing other than to the change the size of the window. You end up seeing even less, but no scroll bars appear. Removing and reinstalling does nothing: the same problem appears in the new install. No other program, such as Word, has this problem. There is no issue with the screen resolution. Use of zoom in the built in windows accessibly tool doesn't help.
