Hey, I just upgraded to a new Mac. When I transferred over my content from my old mac the new downloads folder and documents folder are big grey question marks while the applications folder icon is a folder. Why does this happen and what can I do to clean it up? Thanks

Remove them from the Dock, and navigate to your Macintosh HD>Users>yourusername Folder, and drag them to the Dock from that location.
