Help!! in settings on my iPhone 6 Plus it says my model number is NGAW2/LLA??? I can't find any information on google about this strange number. I'm running the lates iOS 9.3.1 too. What is going on??

Hey Legacyfarm, I think I know why there is a weird model. The model identifier on all Apple products states what the product contains such as celluar data, Wifi , ect. However I don't know why is you number. I don't know what that number means but that is the reason why there are model numbers on Apple products.
You might want to double-check. If I change the "N" at the beginning to an "M", it returns as an iPhone 6 Plus for North America, an A1522.
I agree with ChrisJ4203, and would further note that not only the "N" should be an "M", but also that you placed the "/" in the incorrect location:
MGAW2LL/A
not NGAW2/LLA
Ok guys, I'm not crazy LOL I've had Apple/Mac exclusively since 1984, I bought this one new and this is the replacement as it was having sound issues. Here is a screen shot. Now what I want to find is the cellular specks on this.. I"m stumped.

You already know your iPhone is associated with AT&T. Here are the likely specs for your iPhone (as these apply to MGAW2LL/A).
I also happen to be an AT&T customer, so I can tell you that the "24.1" you show on the "Carrier" line in your screen shot is correct. I believe this means you have the latest AT&T carrier update.
When you say that this is a replacement phone, I'm assuming you had it replaced directly through Apple? It's possible that the N in place of the M signifies that it is a replacement stock unit.

Yes, that's correct. My replacement iPhone 6 64 gig Space grey has a model number NG4W2LL/A.

Here's another data point that seems to confirm this:
I have a replacement Apple Watch that has a strange model number starting with "N".
But the "M" variant of that model (MJ3U2LL/A) sounds exactly right for the model it replaced.
