Reset Security Questions in Apple ID is Not Possible

i create my apple id 4 years ago and forget my security questions . i bought new iphone 6s few day ago . now i want buy new software from AppStore but in my phone AppStore request my Security Questions. i read support & help in this site but link "reset your security questions" not shown . i can't call apple support because my english is week and apple support don't have my language. please help me or give me an email address for send my request to apple support .
