Unable to delete files from Seagate (Unable to Move to Trash)

1. There is no option to delete the folder from my Seagate external drive while it's on the MacBook.

2. When I move the folder to Trash, it says "The Folder x can't be moved to trash because it can't be deleted."

Any tips on how to solve this problem?
