Purchased album not showing up

I bought an album in November of 2014. I just bought a new phone and hooked it up to my laptop to sync all of my music back onto my phone. It worked for almost every song. However, for some reason, this one album only downloaded 3 of the 16 songs onto my phone. When I looked at my iTunes library, I had to click on 'Show complete album' and the rest of the songs have $1.29 next to them rather than 'play'.
