El capitan freeze

Hi All,

I use Chrome and Safari (most used), I see facebook videos and Youtube videos, and it FREEZE! , I need to power off with button, I leave it if back again, but this didn't solve.

If I use computer with other applications this didn't happend, I can use firefox or Chrome to navigate correctly, but when start to see many videos... it freeze, is not on the first video, I see videos start to go slow and then stuck!


I installed last APP = Java last Update 8.91. (I try to reinstall may be help!).

Try troubleshooting Safari first ..


You may have a Safari extension or third party plug-in installed that's causing a conflict. It’s easy to troubleshoot.



From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Uninstall one extension at a time, quit and relaunch Safari to test.



If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.


Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
