After erasing a partition, can't get OS X to run

I used Boot Camp to install and then uninstall Windows 10. After uninstalling OS X was running fine until I restarted my MacBook. Now all I get is a circle with a line through it. Any ideas? When I boot into the Disk Utility my hard drive is there and working properly.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
