I know how to force Mac to "unlearn" misspelled words.
Is there a way in iOS to edit, delete, or unlearn words that were mistyped, or misspelled by me at some point in time and are now being used to auto-correct, or auto-suggest?

You might try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
Rysz, other than a restore as new I don't know a way. I wonder what happens if auto correct is turned off followed by a forced restart. Would that reset anything?
This was it!
It erased all learned words, so I'll have to teach it again the foreign words I want it to know, but it's worth the effort.
