I can't access to Game Center

Hi! I have a problem with Game Center, i can't access to the app or sign in. When i try to open the app, nothing happens and the screen still white. In game, if i try to see success or classement, nothing happens too and when I launch the game, there isn't the notification Game Center. And when I go to Game Center in parameters, it make my iPhone bug.

Does someone can help me?
