MAC folders: how to set it to always keep the "show all" view?

Hi,

I have a MAC desktop running Yosemite, and

I wish to know how to set it to always keep the "show all" view

when using the "arrange by" (modified) date,

not always keep reverting back to the "show less" view.

(eg. I have the top level on the finder window containing files from today, the next level with files from yesterday, the next down with files from the past 7 days-- and this one might have 50 files in it, but only show the first 5 or 6 until i click "show all" to reveal all 50 at once)

It is very inconvenient to have to click it open repeatedly each and every time, you know?

Thanks!

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
