iPad mini doesn't charge and apple logo displays on the screen

Please follow instructions herein

If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo unexpectedly - Apple Support

Hi

Make sure your PC is running the latest itunes 12.3.3

Turn off iPad

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press & hold power button down don,t let go on iPad

Connect lead to iPad keep power button pressed down until PC sees ipad

Then wait for restore .

You may need to do this more than once before it works .
