You have three main possibilities:

1. If the receiver has HDMI inputs, connect ATV to it using HDMI, and connect it to TV using HDMI.

2. Connect ATV to an HDMI input on your TV, and connect TV audio out (probably optical) to an audio input on receiver.

3. Connect ATV to an HDMI input on TV, and connect optical audio from ATV to an input on receiver.

Do you want to use your receiver for sound with the Samsung all the time or just when you use the ATV?
