Tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
Toggle Set Automatically OFF then back ON.
Then restart your iPad then see if you can login.
One more thing to try, See if you have an update waiting. Open the App Store then check the Updates icon bottom right in your screen. If there are any available, update your apps then try logging in again.
