Refurbished

With the information you have provided, it is not possible to determine anything about your phone.

I remember your phone, one of the employees was taking it out of the box & dropped it...this broke the front display, so we "repaired" it, but then noticed a nick in the case, so we sent it off to be "refurbished". So, your phone is a "repaired" & "refurbished" phone.
