MacBook Pro Repair Extension Program

Apple In the Netherlands, is pretending not to understand the simple fact that, my MacBoo Pro is eligible

for their ''MAcBook Pro Repair Extension Program'' that's been extended until this year December (2016).


I asked them wether I could bring it in for their extension program, send the receipt, along with a letter describing the problems,

I've been having, until it just stopped working completely!


First, they asked me twice for the receipt, then another Week gone pass,

they finally replied, with a standard letter stating:

''Now you know when your MacBookPro was bought....?


So they (could that be the case?) overlooked my extended and polite request,

to return my MacBookPro, with some PDF attachments, to tell me that

I can't read my own receipt, or forgot when it was bought?


I paid nearly 1.700 euro's in cash for a MacBook Pro that worked,

with switching itself on and of, plus that overheating etc... for Two little years,

and I would forget the date of the purchase?... obviously I'm not been treated

as Client should have been (now they tell me, that they don't understand my

problem, and that we should handle it over the telephone...

So theirs no proof of their '' professionalism '' unless I record it ....

but then play it to whom ....in that awful Dutch lingo!


Does anybody have any suggestions were to turn, for help,

when they are this '' good '' I don't really bringing or sending my MacBookPro to them,

leaving it for 5 to 7 days, as it states on their website...

I get back a macbook white,from 1902 maybe ...

Plus their that ''tricky clause'' in their Extension Program, that they take it in,

and then will decide, wether it's eligible for the repair program,so those Jokers,

can make up/lie together a Hundred reasons, for me not getting the repair,

I'm supposed to be getting, as all those other buyers..


Wualla, my question ... is in their somewhere,lol...
