I have BmiCalculator on two iPads. Both have stopped working. I have found the base page http://www.networkpanda.com/bmisite/ but sending an email to them is of no help as it just bounces back. info@bmi-calculator-plus.com
There is about two years of information lost that is most frustrating.

The usual cure for an app that stops working is to delete and redownload it after a forced restart
Of course using this approach may also cause data loss unless your data is backed up on their server and downloads with a sign in to the app

The software/App is no longer available in the AppStore! I am scared to delete it as the information collected over about two years will be deleted. It is rather strange that App disappeared from two different iPads!
Check to see if the iTunes on your computer has a copy
Connect to iTunes with a cable
Click Apps in the left column - see if it appears there
