my apple id is not the same as my icloud

hey,

the wi fi wasn't working on my ipad

so i had to send it to a technician

i don't know what he have done >>> but ofcourse it was a mess

i can't format my i pad

i can;t even enter it

all it says is "connect to itunes"

when i do.. it asks me for my icloud id

my apple id is not the same as my icloud

i can enter my apple id but id on;t know how to fix this issue

please help.. i can;t enter my ipad anymore

is there anyway to enter it using my apple id? the one i was using before !! the original one!!
