Sharing Photos to Google accounts - Google+ Photos and Panoramio

I have set up internet accounts set up for Flickr so that I can upload from Photos to Flickr using the Share Menu.

I have set up an internet account for Google. The only apps that I have to select from for sharing on Google are the usual: Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Messages, Notes. I don't have the option of selecting Photos.

How do I add Photos to that selection?

I would like to add Google's Panoramio to that selection as well.

Is that possible?
