Activation Lock

There was a problem. My daughter gave the phone two years ago - iPhone5 32GB. Everything worked wonderfully. But it has updated phone and now we can not activate it - requires Apple ID and password. A girl of 9 years, which introduced the earlier remembers. I read that it is necessary to call thesupport, but we have in Ukraine there is no such service.
