MacBook Pro no detect keyboard and trackpad on start

After I update my MacBook Pro Retina 13 inches (2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3) to OS X El Capitan

10.11.4 (15E65), I'm having an issue:

- On start no detect keyboard and trackpad; after a moment show a window from looking for a Bluetooth keyboard. I don't use mouse or keyboard with Bluetooth conexion.
- same issue on back from sleep mode.

I tried send to trash Bluetooth preferences, using a mouse and keybord connected with wire but the issue come back.r

I need restart 4-5 times for can use keyboard and trackpad.

Someone is having same issue? How fix it?

Thanks.

misunderstanding, sorry for that.

- an SMC reset might help:

use the prescription for the macbook with non removable battery.

- and maybe also the PRAM reset:

-- When that does not help:

it might be a battery problem (believe it or not):

in Applications->Utilities->SystemInformation click "Power" on the left, then read "Battery Health:" and CycleCount:" on the right. What does it say?
