no radio button

I have iTunes on my win 10 pc, works great. My son who has his own apple id, has signed on to iTunes on my pc (he has apple music service), there is no radio button in iTunes for him to listen to apple music while using my pc, what am I missing??? apple music works great on his iPhone.

I see you're trying to listen to Apple Music Radio in iTunes on your Windows PC. First please make sure your iTunes is most up to date, as iTunes 12.2 or later is required:


Apple Music Radio requirements

To listen to Apple Music Radio, you need an Apple ID and:

  • iOS 8.4 or later on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  • iTunes 12.2 or later on your Mac or PC. Get the latest version.
  • An Apple TV (4th generation) with tvOS 9.0 or later.
  • An Android phone with Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) or later and the beta of Apple Music on Android.

To access the full Apple Music Radio experience, sign up for an Apple Music membership.

Listen to Apple Music Radio


Start listening to Apple Music Radio

To listen on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, open the Music app and tap the Radio tab User uploaded file at the bottom of the screen. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

To listen on your Mac or PC, open iTunes. From the navigation bar at the top of iTunes, choose Radio. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
