Hello,
Icloud.com shows me 3.74Gb for backups and 10.08 Mb for documents but on my Ipad I have no backups.
I don't have any other product.
I have itunes on PC but i think there is no link with icloud.
I stopped backup on my ipad, then i created a new backup. I see it on Icloud but I always have 3.74 Gb occupied by a ghost backup.
How can i delete all these backups on icloud.com ?

Settings/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage - you should be able to delete the backup there.
Yes it's my problem. In Manage storage, there is no backup to delete so i don't understand where come from those backups in icloud.
Same issue here. 800 MB of 'backup data', but none listed as available to delete. Backup list is just blank.
I Phoned to apple support, but they didn't solve my problem and transferred the question to the engineers. I'm waiting their response.
