How to activate my iphone 6 when my apple id is locked for security reasons?

Hello,

My name is Bibi **** owner of an IPHONE6 PLUS GOLD 64GB.

Part Number: MGAK2B/A

Serial Number: FC****5QY

IMEI: ****

I'm actually having trouble to access and use my iPhone since my apple Id, **** is no more responding.

I have tried a few things as recommended by apple but in vain.

It states apple id is locked for security reasons and/or when trying to reset it, it states this is not an apple id.

I'm not aware of having changed my apple id and password.

I thought that I rather get to restore my iphone to factory setting and start over as a new iphone but unfortunately it did not work as expected.

The device launching process is still asking for the apple id and password.

This, I realised was due to the Find My iPhone app which is on.

My concern is how do I recover my iPhone 6 and access to all my information again?
