Cannot block certain sites using terminal

I've had no problem blocking sites using terminal but msnbc.com will not block. I did another test and tide.com will not block either. The other sites I have listed below are blocked and I did them all at the same time without pause.

Snap shot below. When MSNBC was not blocked I tried it several times in different formats. Any help would be appreciated.
