Thanks for answering but I'm talking about a 4digit number starting with-A- used by lots of sellers to identify models. I have a dead computer that has been diagnosed with a faulty Logic Board and I want to try and find a replacement second hand.
It's printed n 4pt grey text on the underside of the MacBook Air - alongside the certification logos and copyright blurb. Break out your magnifying glass and you'll find it.
