Take a look at the app Alarmed by Yoctoville. It will do what you want.

Sorry for not clarifying. As Kilgore-Trout said, yes, just make multiple separate entries. And just set each discrete entry to repeat on whatever cycle you want (daily, weekly, or whatever is needed).

Enter the event into iOS Calendar the first day three times, but set each instance to repeat daily.

No, not with the native Reminders app. You might check the app store, however. You might also consider using the Alarms function in the Clock app.
