toc numbers missing, pdf imports not showing on epub export

Hi all.

I have created a doc in Pages that I'm exporting as an epub file and then using KindleGen to create a mobi file.

The TOC numbers are not showing up in the mobi file. As well, I have two full page pdf imports at the end of the document that are either not showing up or showing up cut off.

I've tried using different alignments on the pdfs as well as text wrap options, and still no luck.

Am I missing anything?
